? Use Tips:
1. When printer shows Non-Genuine or Align Failure or other error message, please click YES or OK or NEXT to ignore, then printer can print.
2. If the printer can t recognize printheads or ink cartridge, please take off them, use eraser or cotton swab to clean the chips softly, install back and restart printer.(Don t use finger to touch chips, we advise customer wearing gloves prevent not to get the ink on hands)
3. If prints come with fading color, steak or broken lines, please try to do Printer Head Cleaning one or two times.
4. When you replace ink cartridges, please keep them staying in the printer for five minutes, then do Printer Head Cleaning everytime.
5. Please run out of the inks within 6 month after open them, so that printer can make the best printing efficient.
6. It s better not to take the ink cartridges out from the printer before the ink is exhausted.
7 . The printer must be opened every three days to avoid the nozzle jamming.
