How to Use
1.Place the light on the stand. The orientation/angle changes depending on where you attach the Stand, which enables you to tailor the angle as desired.
2.Rotate the dimmer to the open position.
3.Sit 8 - 24 inches from the lamp. You can go about your normal activities while using it, such as reading, writing, making telephone calls, etc.
Usage duration depends on the distance; the closer you are to the light, the less time you should use it.

4.Rotate the dimmer to shut the unit off. Unplug the power adapter from the electrical outlet.
