Four Working Modes:
1. Motion Detector Off + Dim Light: Short press the button and light flashes one time, light comes on at dusk and stays DIM till battery runs down.
2. Motion Detector Off + Bright Light: Press the button for the 2nd time and light flashes 2 times, light comes on at dusk and stays BRIGHT till battery runs down.
3. Motion Detector On + Dim Light: Press the button for the 3rd time and light flashes 3 times, light comes on after dusk if motion is seen , stays BRIGHT 10 seconds, goes DOWN TO DIM till next motion or until battery runs down.
