It is shiny on the printed side, although the print may be matte or metallic. It is perfect for making Headbands, Hair ties, Barefoot sandals, and other DIY sewing projects. It is designed with a crease in the center to use as trim around garments. It is 5/8" wide when flat (5/16th wide when folded).
