Q4.Does the watch support Verizon SIM Card?
A:This watch can not support AT&T and Verizon Sprint. Q5. How to set it up?
A: 1. insert a correct mirco-sim card.
2. download the "SeTracker" or "SetTracker2" app.
3. register with registration ID which is on the back cover of the watch.
4. login and get all the functions.
Q6. Can I use the watch in other country?
A: If you are in other countries, please contact us to get different countries server and SIM card carrier then buy GSM850/900/1800/1900 SIM and open GPRS data.
Q7. Why does the app continue to say "device offline"?
A: The IP and network of your sim card needs to be set correctly. please tell us your sim card carrier via amazon email. we will help you set it up.
