How to use: Just open the probe and insert the temperature a couple of centimeter into the food you want to know the temperature of. In a few seconds, a highly accurate temperature reading will be displayed on the built-in LCD screen.
How to Calibrate: Please insert probe into a glass with 40% of water and 60% of ice, hold down the "CAL" key for 5 seconds until it show "CAL" on the screen.Adjust the display by pressing the"CAL" and "C/F" button until it shows 0 ℃ or32 ℉ ,wait several seconds to finish the calibration.
