Q:Once i got the watch and sim card together, i could use it at once?
A: There re two simple steps working you should do:
Step 1:Our Sim Card is without Voice&Data plan, when you got the watch&sim,please follow "SIM Card Instructions" to activate sim and open plan(5$ LOW COST PLAN Available).
Step 2: Follow our " Troubleshooting"to Register in APP "SeTracker 2" and Bind Watch ID in APP and save SOS/Families Contacts.
Q:If this sim card could not support my area, how to do?
A: Our Sim Card will work within the United States in partnership with T-Mobile Network. Roaming is not supported, so before you open plan, please check T-Mobile coverage map.
AT&T User Reminder:
AT&T maybe no longer for 2G from 2017(some area will shutdown 2G earlier).So if your area sim carrier stop all 2g data service,we recommend our other 3g GPS watch.
Q: How about if i want to use Sprint or Verizon sim carrier?
A: it doesn t support Sprint&Verizon.
Q: Why i buy other sim cards and open data plan but still "Off-Line" in app?
A:
1)sometimes Indoor signal of gprs,LBS gps may cause transmission delay,we suggest to try somewhere better to bind watch.
2) If you don t use our SIM Cards, other SIM carrier network may need to setup APN,so please get your sim card APN and mail our customer service,we could remote setup for you.
Q: Any other kids watch could support 3g?
A: Yes. we also have 3g kids watch just launched. you can check our brand other models.
Q: If i want to use the kids in other countries?
A: please resure GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz sim card and get the APN,MCC,MNC info. then contact us,we ll setup for you.
