Continuous lighting gives you consistent light which allows you to immediately see where shadows fall. The softbox acts as a diffuser to produce even lighting. It is complete with an inner diffusion panel as well as an outer diffusion panel for your lighting needs. 

The Rectangle Softbox features a dimpled silver lining which reflects the light around the box creating the maximum amount of light output. The soft quality of the light will make any subject look beautiful. Softboxes are an extremely versatile tool for photographers and videographers alike. These softboxes are equipped with a removable inner diffusion panel for further control of the light quality. 

A rectangle softbox will create long and thin highlights on reflective objects as well as rectangular shaped catch lights in a subject s eye in a portrait. A rectangular shaped softbox is often used to mimic window light. The larger the softbox, in relation to the subject, the softer the light becomes.
