Proceed as follows
1. Connect the blade holder with corefirmly.
2. Cut food into small pieces into a transparent bowl.
3. Cover tightly and tighten to prevent food from spilling.
4. Put it on the table and hold the top cover by hand.
5. Gently pull the ring with the other hand back and forth.
Precautions
Do not pull too hard and pull it in the end, or the power unit will be pulled too far and it won t rebound.
Pay attention to the use of speed, can not be used violently,otherwise the rope will produce winding.
Do not apply to microwave or any kinds of ovens.
