a.Please take the watch outside to position by GPS, the time will be updated.
b.Please send command"pw,123456,ntpservers,agpsc.3g-elec.com,8899#" to the watch, then restart the watch after texted back the watch.
3. Why the IMEI on APP is different from the back of watch and caused watch disconnected?
Please reset a IMEI. Send command "pw,123456,imei,xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx(this number on the back of watch)#"to the watch. If the IMEI number on your watch is invisible, please send command"pw,123456,ts#" to the watch, it will response you the IMEI.
4. Why the Dial-up prompt is disconnected?
Please check your GSM antenna and reinsert the sim card.
