How to use
1. Put the opened bandage onto the knee joint from the front so that the intended recess in the bandage is positioned precisely over the kneecap (patellaj. Bend the knee joint slightly and secure the bandage by closing the middle hook&loop fastener;
2. Close the top and bottom hook&loop fasteners;
3. Place the lower stabilisation belt around the knee and bandage from the back and afterwards through the intended opening of the clasp. Secure the stabilisation belt by closing the hook&loop fastener. Repeat this procedure with the upper stabilisation belt.
Do not apply一or only after consulting your physician一in the event of:
1. strenuous sports: spinning, dancing, squatting, jumping, volleyball, basketball football, etc.
2.complex ligament instability
3. external injuries
4. circulatory disorders
Wearing time:
This item is manufactured for private use and may not be worn longer than 2-3 hours non-stop as well as longer than 6 - 8 hours daily.
