How to Solder:
1.Clean the parts to be joined. 
2.Clean soldering iron tip and layer the soldering tip with a coating of solder. 
3.Regulate the desired temperature of the soldering iron with the temperature adjusting knob.
4.When the temperature is as desired, use the soldering iron tip and solder (not included) to weld the joint of the weldment. Allow the solder to melt and flow freely.
5.Wipe off excessive solder with the wet cleaning sponge.
6.After the soldering is complete, place the soldering iron back in the rack.
7.Turn off the soldering station and allow the soldering iron to cool down.

To Replace Soldering Iron Tips:
The station must be switched off and allowed to cool down at room temperature or below)before the removal of the iron tips as damage may occur if the system is still running without the tip inserted.
The tip can be replaced by unscrewing the knurled nut barrel assembly.
After removing the tip, remove any oxide dust that is formed in the tip retaining area of the barrel. Be careful to avoid getting dust into your eyes.
Replace the tip and securely screw the retaining knurled nut barrel assembly with hand pressure.

Note:
1.During the first usage of the soldering iron, it may emit smoke due to the heating element drying out. This is normal and should only last approximately 10 minutes.
2.During soldering, harmful fumes may be emitted. For your safety, conduct soldering only in well ventilated area or under a suitable air extraction system.
3.To avoid the hot solder from splashing on your eyes and body, wear suitable protective equipment before operating the device.
