Pearlex is a Dovo-Stahlwaren 5/8"-width carbon steel razor with round point and faux mother-of-pearl handle. Full hollow ground. Tang has file jimps above and below to aid handling. The blade face of Pearlex is given a unique "Solingen" decor exclusive to this model 98. Approximate weight of 40 grams. Made in Solingen, Germany. Carbon steel must be thoroughly dried after each use and stored in an environment free from humidity to prevent oxidation or rust, and you should lightly oil the razor in between uses for longer term storage.
