How to set the time for this new version camera:

You will find a .bat file named "TIME.BAT" in the TF card after connect the camera to the PC via USB port. Double click the "BAT.FILE", it will get the current date and time of your PC and then generate a "TIME.TXT" file in the TF card.
Allow your system to release the limit when you run the "BAT.FILE".
In the "TIME.TXT" file, you will see the current time and date. Then you can disconnect the camera from PC and then power it off, after several seconds, power on the camera again. Up to now, the date and time has been settled.
