Wear up to 12 hours. Two sizes are included, small & large. Use the size that is most comfortable for you and fits your menstrual flow. Between uses, wash your cup with warm water and gentle soap. Boil cup for 5 minutes to sanitize it as needed. To insert: Start with clean hands and a freshly washed cup. Pinch top rim of the cup closed, fold cup in half lengthwise and insert cup. It should "pop" open once inserted properly. Rotate the cup to help insure a good fit and suction. To remove the cup, simply pull the stem or insert a finger around the top of the cup to break the suction. The stem can be trimmed or removed for comfort. Menstrual Pads: These eco-friendly pads are durable, washable and completely reusable. Two snaps allow easy adjustment and they can be folded up to stick right in your purse or overnight bag. Wash before first use. Machine wash in warm to hot water, tumble dry in medium heat. Wet Bag: This bag is fantastic for keeping your kit together. It is completely washable.
