Cold Steel Recon Hawk II in black provides an overall length of 27", Hawk length of 7 7/8", and primary edge of 4 3/4". unlike some of the ponderously heavy and uncomfortable Slab handled options, the Recon Hawk is expertly drop forged for strength and finely balanced for speed and ease of use, while retaining the extreme durability that our brothers and sisters in the military deserve. Taking design inspirations from Viking axes and spiked historical weaponry, it combines a broad, bearded axe head with a pronounced horn that can cut, thrust, trap, and hook with a moderately curved piercing spike which will penetrate even modern Armor or even make a formidable breaching tool.
