About unit switch, please press the button on the bottom when scale is on and the LCD shows 0.0 kg.

Only weight measurement:
a) When LCD shows 0.0, the scale is ready for weight measurement
b) Now carefully step on the glass platform of the scale. Stand as still as possible until the weight reading is shown on the LCD, at the moment body weight of measurement is finished

Notice:
Put on your socks is ok when measure your weight only.

Measurement:
Weight, body fat (%), body water (%), muscle (%), bone substance, BMI and calorie

Please setting the scale as below steps:
a) Press SET key for seconds to set your personal data when the LCD shows 0.0kg . Press UP or DOWN key to select a number from 0 to 9 as your personal code when the code number flashes on the LCD and once reach your target number, please press SET to confirm
b) Press UP or DOWN key to choose male or female when gender symbol flashes on the LCD and then press SET to confirm
c) Press UP or DOWN key to reach your target height when the number and cm flash on the LCD and then press SET to confirm
d) Press UP or DOWN key to reach your target age when age and the number flash on the LCD and then press SET to confirm

Notice:
1. Please take off your socks and bare touch the electrode slice when measure your body fat (%), body water (%), muscle (%), bone substance, BMI and calorie
2. When screen is dark, step on can only get your weight. Please find your stored personal code (0-9) until screen shows your information, that can again measure your body fat (%), body water (%), muscle (%), bone substance, BMI and calorie.
3. You can step off and see the readouts clearly twice after the LCD shows your weight and oooo .
