User Tips
1. Please keep quiet for 5-10 minutes, relax your mood and in a comfortable, relax position. Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising and bathing before taking measurement.
2. Take measurement regularly at the same time of every day, as blood pressure changes even during the day. It would be better in the same position.
3. Please ensure the time interval for beginning the next measurement is 3 to 5 minutes, or will affect the measure results.
