Includes 3 monkey first to improve grip strength, 2 trapeze bars, and rubber coated gymnastic rings. Perfect for all ages! What you need
2 strong trees or post about 25- 35 feet apart apart depending on diameter of trees.
The tree or post with ratchet will need to be a 1-2 feet wide in diameter maximum.
