Best ways to prepare Turkish coffee:
Boil water
Add one spoonful of black coffee to each glass
Add the boiling water to the cup with the coffee
Mix well
Wait 1-2 minutes and only than add sugar
A second way to make Turkish coffee:
Put the water and a coffee in a finjan (coffee pot), for each cup of coffee add full teaspoon of coffee
Add the sugar
Boil while stirring gently
When there is foam on the coffee surface removed from the stove and pour to a small turkish coffe cup while you make sure that every cup will have slight coffe foam on the surface
