• Q: Does the clip get loose after a while?

A: No it doesn t get loose, and I also can say that little black nub on the end that provides the friction to hold it in place on the phone can not come out .Dont be worry

• Q: Can I use this lens with a case on my phone?

A: You totally can! As long as the case has a big enough opening around the camera. If the opening is very small, it still may work, but maybe there are more black shadows. Thicker cases may cause slight light leaks. So i suggest you d better take off the case when you use the lens, that s worthwhile to get better photos.

• Q: Can I use this for the front facing camera or just the back?

A: Yes, it works fine with the front facing camera as a selfie lens.

• Q: I don t like the photo with dark circle by lens , can Apexel phone lens solve this problem ?

A: The wide angle lens expand the native viewing angle by 4X,it can enlarge 75 percent of the vision

• Q:Wide angle lens is not clear, is it broken?

A: If it is not clear, firstly please check your phone camera , if it align with lens (this is very important), and then focusing in your phone. Meanwhile, it is related with phone s pixel. Apexel lens cannot increase the pixel of your phone; it can only make the photo special, just increase view-angle coverage
