While the beam is hitting an opponent it builds up damage, causing more damage the longer it stays centered on the target. Sonic Blast - Charge up a powerful blast of sonic energy that damages everyone nearby. All damage inflicted by the Sonic Blast ignores the target s armor. Scramble Mine - Deploy the Scramble Mine on the track to detonate. Any Supercar that survives the initial explosion will be left with its steering scrambled for a short period of time.
