Using Step

-Calibration
1. Open the cover, drop 3-4 drops of distilled water to the prism.
2. Look into the eyepiece to see if the line between blue and white is at "0". If not, adjust the calibration screw using the screwdriver until the line is at "0".
3. Use the cloth to wipe the water.

-Measuring
1. Drop 3-4 drops of sea water to the prism, making sure that no bubbles.
2.Look into the eyepiece to read the number the line between blue and white at. And this is the salt content .
