This is an excellent tool for making bread sticks, pie strips or any other product made from length of dough. The dimensions of the entire pastry cutter range from 2-1/2-Inch by 9-1/2-Inch when closed to 24-1/2-Inch by 9-1/2-Inch when fully open. The six stainless steel wheels are each 2-inch in diameter and can be set from 3/4-inch to 5-3/4 inch apart.
