1. Store in sealed pouch and canister until ready to use (3-year shelf life)
2. Remove the collar from its packaging
3. Place the collar around your pet s neck, adjust to fit, leaving a space for 2 fingers under the collar
4. Collar fits necks up to 21"
5. Leave an extra 2 - 3 inches for adjustment
6. Cut off and dispose the excess length, or secure with clasp
7. Use with pets at least 8 weeks old
