Note:
*Turn on the red light with the frothing whisk makes hot milk froth, while the blue light is for cold froth; Turn on the red light with the heating whisk (the one without the stainless steel wire) makes hot milk, while the while the blue light is for cold froth
*Recommend to use whole milk.
*Please put milk less than 240 ml/8.10 oz. for heating and less than 115ml/ 3.90 oz. for frothing. Frozen milk (41-50℉) make foam better.
*Please take out of the frothing whisk and wipe the internal face and bottom with a wet cloth. After that, please add a small amount of water to rinse, then pour out.( Don t use the dishwasher to clean the appliance). If the above steps can t work, you can clean the milk filthy after using citrate brine to soak for 6 hours.
