Highly detailed 1/48 scale model kit of the Grumman F3F, a biplane fighter aircraft of the United States Navy in the 1930 s. F3Fs were in service with U.S. Navy and Marine Corps pursuit squadron until 1941, and the type was the last biplane fighter aircraft employed by the U.S. Navy. This 1/48 scale model kit features the F3F-1 variant with 75 parts molded in gray and clear plastic, and the kit include photo-etched rigging, nicely detailed Pratt & Whitney R1535 twin-row radial engine with etched metal wires, detailed cockpit with photo-etched seatbelt, detailed landing gear assembly, optional weighted or unweighted tires, and decals with markings to replicate any of the 54 F3F-1s produced.
