3. Shaded black area: this camera is designed to take photo and video in distance longer than 0.5m, please lengthen the distance.
4. Camera arrive damaged: please help to contact customer support and we will replace with brand new one or offer a full refund. (We ve inspected every camera before sending it out, sometimes it happens that camera damaged during shipping)
