Our board is a slim 11" x 3.07" x 3/5" (28 x 7.8 x 1.5cm) rectangle which aids in reducing friction between your foot and the floor when turning in dance, allowing you to spin faster than you would on foot alone or with ballet shoes.
Use it only on hardwood or Marly dance floors for maximum results and no scratching.
With the dance board you will turn with either a flat foot on the full board, or a slight releve in the middle of the board, rather than a full or demi-pointe.
