The motto "In God We Trust" appears above her head, and she is surrounded with 13 six-pointed stars and the date. The reverse depicts a heraldic eagle holding a scroll inscribed "E Pluribus Unum" in its beak, an olive branch in its right claw and 13 arrows in its left.
